Trinity Support Group Services has been well-established since 2017, with one office located in Southfield, Michigan. Trinity Support Group Services is a home healthcare business serving the elderly and persons with disabilities. Most services will include necessary routine care, such as meal preparation, rendering medications, bathing, grooming, toileting, basic dressing, other ADLs, grocery shopping, and laundry.

Who Can Receive Home Care?

At Trinity Support Group Services, we keep home care simple and accessible for adults and seniors who need a helping hand.

Here are the payment options we gladly accept:

Private Pay
Families can pay directly for services, giving you full flexibility with scheduling and the type of support you’d like.
Medicaid
If you qualify for Michigan Medicaid, we can bill directly so you can receive care with little or no out-of-pocket expense, Home help services are offered to clients with Medicaid insurance between 18 and 59, with disabilities, or with ages 60 and above
Workers’ Compensation
Recovering from a job-related injury? Your workers’ comp benefits can often cover in-home care while you heal.
Auto/Car Accident Injury Coverage
If you’ve been in an auto accident, your auto insurance may pay for non-medical home care during your recovery.
Most Major Insurance Plans
We work with many private insurance providers and can help you verify what’s covered.
