Together, We Create Connection, Care, and Community for Seniors
Every spring through fall, Trinity Support Group Services brings joy, connection, and vital resources to older adults across Metro Detroit.
From May through October, we host six monthly senior outreach events—filled with music, games, and community fellowship—and culminate the season with our Annual Health & Wellness Fair, offering free screenings, wellness resources, and plenty of celebration.
Your gift helps us cover event supplies, entertainment, caregiver staffing, transportation, and wellness services so that seniors can stay engaged, active, and valued all year long.
Although Trinity Support Group Services is a family-operated home-care agency, every dollar you give here goes directly to our community outreach programs and is used solely to create these life-enriching experiences.
