Trinity Support Group Services supports clients through our home help, attendant care, and private duty services. Home help services are offered to clients with Medicaid insurance between 18 and 59, with disabilities, or with ages 60 and above. In addition, attendant care services are provided by an RN/LPN, and they:

• Assess vital signs, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, and temperature every shift;
• Know interventions for abnormalities and catheterization using sterile techniques;
• Facilitate bowel program, range of motion for the extremities, and transferring;
• Maintain social interaction, which includes walks and assistance with transportation to medical appointments, which covers but are not limited to physicians, dentists and eye doctor appointments, and similar appointments.

Private duty care is provided for those with personal finances. This service is provided by personal home health aides, certified nurse assistants, and licensed practical nurses. Private duty care helps the elderly and workers with disabilities perform the day-to-day tasks they would typically perform if not for their disabilities. Some services included in our private care include cleaning, bathing, laundry, and cooking.
